Carriers are displaying 2026 prices in HealthSherpa. It’s time to prep clients and line up submissions for Nov 1.
Here’s the plan:
Reconnect & get consent - Call/text/email your customers, confirm contact info, and obtain account access consent.
Match the right plan - Do a quick needs check on last year’s benefits. On the quote page, use the filters for doctors and medications, and sort by lower premium or out-of-pocket based on their concern. Check Gold plans—in some markets they price below Silver (see example screenshot); verify for each client.
Lock it in - Update any new household/income details, save the plan selection, and be ready to submit on Nov 1.
Sales tip: Share a short real story about someone who was hit with big bills because the plan didn’t fit their needs, or they did not have insurance. Invite the client to share one too. Then connect that need to your solution at a clear monthly cost. If they want to avoid high deductibles, offer our add-on protections that pair with ACA plans to cap exposure.
